| I wrote something to this effect the last time there was a crash at Seventh Street South West in Dyersville. It needs to be said again. A couple decades back someone came up with what seemed like a good idea. Traditional two-lane highways were a pain on higher- volume highways, but interstates and other full freeways with their interchanges, over/underpasses, and rural access roads, were so expensive. A compromise was made: the Replica Baume & Mercier Watches expressway. Four lanes all the way, interchanges in high-volume areas and at-grade interchanges in low- volume rural areas. Most of the advantages of the interstate, but at a lower price. Seemed like a real good deal right? Not exactly. Expressways had another hefty price: safety. Having a Zenith Replica Watches car cross several lanes of 70-mph traffic is far from safe at any volume of traffic, and the danger keeps mounting as the traffic picks up. Add to that our unwillingness and usability to keep with these highways and you end up with at-grade intersections in places that should have full interchanges. Add in an impatient motorist who's been waiting a few minutes and you have a recipe for disaster. Bulgari Replica WatchesHow many people have to die before we're willing to pay the large price to fix this?
